The CZQ submersible slurry pump is a pump that can operate directly submerged in liquids or slurries, making it ideal for applications where establishing a fixed pump house is inconvenient, suction pipelines are long, or mobile slurry discharge is required.

Based on specific product structures and working condition evaluations, it can be used for: pit and slurry sump dewatering; sedimentation tank and industrial basin cleaning; tailings and mortar transfer; dredging and underwater silt discharge; shield tunneling, tunnel, and foundation construction; sand-bearing wastewater and sediment conveyance; as well as temporary or mobile slurry discharge projects.

When selecting a CZQ submersible slurry pump, key parameters to confirm include: normal flow rate and maximum flow rate; required head; maximum particle size; slurry solid content and density; medium temperature; submersion depth; discharge distance; pipeline length and diameter; voltage and frequency; continuous operating time per cycle; and hoisting/mounting methods.

If significant sediment is present at the bottom of the basin, the sediment thickness, hardness, and on-site photos should also be provided. Whether a standard submersible slurry pump can continuously draw bottom sediment must be verified based on the suction inlet structure and particle conditions.

During installation, cables and mechanical seals must be protected, and independent support should be provided for the discharge pipe. During operation, close attention should be paid to liquid levels, current, flow rate, vibration, and abnormal noise. The pump must not run for extended periods under conditions that fail to meet product cooling or lubrication requirements.
